Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accepting these Terms and Conditions of Use, and in using this site Viralprint.com (“The Site), you (“You”) agree to the Terms and Conditions which govern your access and use of “The Site” and with the content which we have here to set forth in this agreement and by accessing or using this site you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use which includes all related content, guidelines, restrictions, services and rules of any of the information contained within this site and related sites that Viralprint.com might link to or be a part of the business of “The site” here today and throughout the future are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with “The Site” Terms and Conditions here to set forth to your witness, do not check the box which states that you agree to these Terms and Conditions and please refrain from using “The Site.” By accepting the Terms and Conditions set forth, you agree to comply with all Terms and Conditions hereof.

Terms of Use: General
By accepting this agreement you agree that we may submit any notices to you by various means to include email or through The Site of any communications, notices of any kind, changes, corrections, modifications, adjustments and related information pertaining to The Site, any disclaimers, Terms, Conditions and related content. If you choose to not want to receive such information, you have the right to opt out but be it known doing so could jeopardize your receiving important information relating to your account, your possible commissions earned and your membership status with Viralprint.com.

Use of The Site by You is not transferable to any other person or entity. You have the permission to use this site to the fullest extend allowed by Viralprint.com, but be it known that Viralprint.com has the right, at its discretion, without cause or reason to end this agreement with You without any recourse or by You what so ever. Be it known that Viralprint.com shall do its best to maintain the integrity and privacy of You and Your account with Viralprint.com and will not sell, lease or rent out Your member information to third party interests of Viralprint.com without Your consent to do so. Further, be it known Viralprint will do its best to provide content via the Internet as an online business but You understand there can be interruptions of service beyond the control and wishes of Vialprint.com. Viralprint.com will not be responsible for down Internet time, technical difficulties or loss of data or information while transmitting via the Internet. Viralprint.com will do its best to provide ongoing 24/7/365 days of availability of The Site and its services including the back office access and availability. Viralprint.com holds the right to make any changes, updates, corrections, modifications, adjustments interruptions, or termination of any part of The Site and related links at any time without notice. You must be of legal age (18+ years old) to enter into a binding contract and agreement, as presented, to become a member of Viralprint.com and utilize this site. Those under 18 years of age but no less than 13 years of age may use The Site only while under the supervision of a parent or guardian who is a member of Viralprint.com and has signed this agreement. Under no circumstances may a member allow anyone under the age of 13 use this site, Viralprint.com. Viralprint.com also has other Terms and Conditions to follow that relate to specific uses and purchases of specific products and services.

Viralprint.com will not be responsible, nor liable for any damages to Your equipment resulting from using The Site, You are required to obtain and maintain Your own equipment, hardware and connection access in order to maintain and use The Site and Viralprint.com cannot and will not be held liable for actions beyond the control of the responsibilities of You.

Rights of Viralprint.com to make Changes and Modifications
Viralprint.com reserves the right to make any changes relating to the business, conduct of business, images, content and anything pertaining to the operational, physical, electronic, or nature of business of The Site at anytime and without notice although any significant changes will be notified to all registered members to the best ability of Viralprint.com of the email of Your account which you have provided, It is pertinent that you maintain the most up to date accuracy of your account including changes to your email as this is the only means we will have to provide you with such information. End User Use of Site and Conduct
By following the guidelines set forth in this Terms and Conditions you have been provided the means and accessibility to the use of The Site through Your agreeing to and signing up as a member of Viralprint.com. You further agree that Viralprint.com has not asked You for any compensation or qualification (other than already noted) to become a member of Viralprint.com and Both You and Viralprint.com has certain alienable rights as provided by the laws and jurisdiction of the offices of Viralprint.com currently located in the great state of Georgia, USA. You are held responsible for Your actions in the use of this right of membership extended to you by Viralprint.com to gain access to and have use of The Site for the sole purposes as written in this agreement and agree that Viralprint.com can remove you as a member should Viralprint.com find You have initiated, caused or likely caused any potential harm, damage, mal intent, committed a criminal action, made unlawful actions not limited to infringing upon the rights of others using or related to The Site, its members, employees, associates and assigned connections, use of abusive, vulgar, improper, defamatory, threatening, unlawful, invasion of privacy, or in any way could be related to any legal abuse or criminal intent or violate any law or civil liability that Viralprint.com has the right to remove You from the system as a member and ban You and Prosecute You to the fullest extend the law provides. Anything that might prohibit or mis direct others including members of this site from participating and using this site under their direction is strictly prohibited. You shall not use Viralprint.com for any associations of Viralprint for any personal or commercial advertising what so ever to include soliciting other members, vendors, associations or partners who might be a part of Viralprint.com and The site. You are not permitted, while a member of Viralprint.com to engage in any activity directly or indirectly that could be perceived as direct competition or indirect competition with Viralprint.com. Those members of Viralprint.com and associations with vendors and other relations with Viralprint.com may, to their benefit, also have the right to further protect their rights and privileges to Your actions and You could face other actions of such outside the realm of Viralprint.com. You further agree with these Terms and Conditions to be responsible to your best ability to maintain the rights and privileges of Viralprint.com to conduct business as best it can within the laws of the land for which both parties are subject to and through that responsibility help to bring to light any action to the contrary by any other individual that you might find non conforming of others who do not follow these responsibilities. With no limitation, You agree to abide to these guidelines as set forth and help others to do the same.

Trademark and copyright rules and use
Nobody including members of Viralprint.com may acquire, copy, print, duplicate, transfer, distribute, publish, engage, upload, download, post, advertise or use any of the content of The Site including all images, trademarks, content, likeness to, representation of, intent to claim any connection with Viralprint.com or in any other instance where Viraprint.com has presented any content of its own accord anywhere else including the Internet, marketing of any sort, electronic or print materials without the express written request of the owner of Viralprint.com. All images, logos, documents of, content, trademarks or likeness to Viralprint.com is not for public use or domain and is the express and noted private property of Viralprint.com and any violation, without an authorization of such made only by the owner of Viralprint.com is strictly prohibited and can include Viralprint.com seeking protection by using to the fullest extent of the law any and all rights to seek after any damages resulting from the loss of income, clients, business and any other manner of less or damage. You will be held fully responsible shall be solely held responsible and liable for any damages resulting from any actions that might pose hurtful to Viralprint.com. For those who follow the right to use of any trademarks, content, images as set forth in this agreement and then misuses the content provided which causes damage or harm upon others takes full responsibility to the liability created and holds that Viralprint.com will not be held liable for the misuse of said content by the individual who caused the misuse.

Because we will offer you to upload your own artwork for various products offered through Viralprint.com, you hold the responsibility that such artwork was created by legal means and does not contain any copyrighted material, unauthorized trademarks or any property not owned by You where you did not get permission to use such. Should it be found that You have submitted artwork with questionable content that could be trademark or licensed material, you are responsible to provide proof to use such artwork and have permission of such to use from the rightful owner of such artwork to include logo’s, images and content of the owner of that entity. If it is found you do not have authorization and You have us produce the product, be it known that You will carry the full burden of error and the related liability associated with such artwork. Viralprint.com will not be held responsible for the liability of such action and if found out that You intended to use rightful property without permission could result in your expulsion as a member of Viralprint.com thereby losing any and all connections with Viralprint.com and the referring members associated with your membership.

Disclaimer of Warranty
YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT THE SITE AND ALL THAT IT ENTAILS ARE PROVIDED TO YOU AS A MEMBER OF VIRALPRINT.COM “AS IS” AND WITHOUT AND LIMITATION OR WARRANTY OF USE TO YOU. YOU USE THIS SITE AT YOUR OWN RISK AND RESPONSIBILITY. VIRALPRINT.COM, ITS AFFILIATES, THEIR EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, MERCHANTS OR THRID PARTY CONTENT PROVBIDERS OR LICENSORS OR ANY OF THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE NOR DO THE WARRANT AS TO THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THIS SITE.

Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL VIRALPRINT.COM OR ITS LICENSORS, SUPPLIERS, OR VENDORS, THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENCIAL DAMAGE OF ANY KIND , OR FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, WHETHER OR NOT VIRALPRINT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SITE OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES THAT YOU ORDER FROM VIRALPRINT.COM OR ITS AFFILIATES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES ARISING FROM MISTAKE, OMISSION, VIRUS, DELAY, OR INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE. IN NO EVEN SHALL VIRALPRINT BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR CONSEQUENCES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR INAPPROPRIATE OR UNAUTHORIZED USE OF THIS SITE OR ITS CONTENT.

Privacy

Monitoring
Viralprint.com shall have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the content of The Site at all times, including any chat rooms, and forums that may hereinafter be included as part of The Site, to determine compliance with this agreement and any operating rules established by Viralprint.com, as well to satisfy any applicable law, regulation or authorized government request. Without limiting the foregoing, Viralprint.com shall have the right, but not the obligation, to remove any material that Viralprint.com, in its sole discretion, finds to be in violation of the provisions hereof or otherwise objectionable.

Feedback
Any comments, suggestions, proposals or other feedback provided to Viralprint.com in connections with the operation or content of The Site shall be provided by the person submitting such information and received by Viralprint.com on a non-confidential basis. All such comments, suggestions, and other information shall become the exclusive property of Viralprint.com. By submitting any such information to Viralprint.com, You agree that you are transferring and assigning, at no charge, all of your right, title and interest in the information, including all copyrights and other intellectual property rights. You agree that Viralprint.com shall be free to use such information on an unrestricted basis.

Governing Law
You are contracting with the seller of products and services offered and sold on The Site is Viralprint, LLC dba Viralprint.com, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the state of Georgia of the United States of America. Any issue relating to this agreement that might require legal action shall be governed under the laws of the state of Georgia. Any legal action that arises to the use of The Site will be instituted in Warner Robins, GA, USA.

Indemnification
You agree that you shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Viralprint.com and all parties and its affiliates and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from and against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to any products or services purchased by You in the connection of or relating to any text, image, photograph, graphic or other material of The Site.

Termination
Viralprint.com may terminate this agreement at anytime. Viralprint.com shall have the right to immediately terminate or suspend Your account and password in the event of any conduct by You or which, Viralprint.com in its sole discretion, considers to be unacceptable, or in the event of any breach by You of this agreement. Viralprint.com also maintains the right to maintain sections of this agreement from termination.

Transfer of Ownership
You agree that the shipping terms for all products of Viralprint.com that are shipped FOB in which ownership transfers to You upon shipment. This means that any risk of loss and title for Your products pass to You upon delivery to the carrier of our choice. Any responsibility will then transfer to such carrier of our choice and any possible claims would befall by and between You and said carrier. Viralprint.com hereby would be released of any liability at time to which the product has been released to said carrier relating to any such claims of damage or loss or timeliness of delivery is held responsible by said carrier.
